Impulses, keynotes & workshops for a reproductive future.

My mission

Rethinking productivity - towards (re)productivity: for nature, the economy, body and mind.

About me

I am Hannah Schragmann, a doctor of business ethics, philosopher, counselor, mediator and long-time leader in impact entrepreneurship.

My mission is to broaden the view on productivity - towards a (re)productivity based on conservation and renewal: of ecosystems, of work, of organizations, of body and mind. I combine scientific analysis with entrepreneurial practice and bring my work together at the intersection of philosophy, ethics and Tech4Nature to translate ideas into concrete perspectives for action.

My focus

Ecology, economy & sustainability

  • Strategy: What defines reproductive business models and how can the transformation succeed?

  • What principles can healthy soils and nature teach us for a resilient economy?

  • What role do technology and financing play in systemic transformation?

  • Sustainability: How do I position myself between regulatory pressure and the desire to contribute?

  • What can resilience principles from nature teach us for a new way of doing business?

Work culture & mental health

  • How can we redefine productive work and leadership?

  • How can we use AI correctly to truly empower employees?

  • How can we rebalance performance and care to create sustainable work cultures?

  • Why does care work still remain invisible as the core of reproductive activity? How can we make the invisible that carries visible?

  • To what extent can the "OneHealth" approach guide us?

Ethics & values in business

  • What makes a resilient company? What is the importance of relationships?

  • Which values are sustainable in the long term? How do we translate these into meaningful actions under the conditions of reality?

  • How can we switch from productivity to productivity KPIs and implement them?

  • What communication strategies are there to get employees and customers on board?

  • Which partners do I need for transformation?

My philosophy

I understand productivity as something that is more than just measuring performance.

Productivity also means creating spaces for renewal - in ecosystems, in organizations and in the human psyche.

As a philosopher, I bring analytical acuity and the ability to embed contexts in larger narratives.

As a practitioner in the management of impact start-ups, I am also familiar with the tensions and challenges that arise when values, business and change come together. I see it as my task to make new narratives for business, sustainability and leadership visible - and to provide a voice for perspectives that are still underrepresented in public discourse.

Meditation, coaching & care

How can we cultivate calm, self-care and psychological resilience in a world of high performance demands - for individuals, teams and organizations? I firmly believe that it is not enough to talk about these topics in theory, but that we can actively engage in the process of change - here, today, with our own issues and vulnerabilities.

Contents / Formats:

  • Meditation & mindfulness: introduction to practical tools for managers, employees or individuals

  • Work with parts & inner reflection: methods for integrating different roles, values and personality parts

  • Psychological care perspectives: Support in crisis situations, biographical learning, work on meaning and values

  • Workshops & impulses: Linking mental health, leadership and sustainable productivity

Private Coaching & Reiki

I support individuals in personal and professional transformation processes - using methods from IFS (Internal Family Systems), Reiki and my pastoral training. The aim is to activate inner resources, integrate roles and parts and promote a sustainable balance of body, mind and professional effectiveness.

Nature Writing & Photography

Our current understanding of productivity is like concrete: it destroys the ground on which it stands, becomes porous, breaks and cannot withstand a storm. Reproductivity, on the other hand, thrives on relationships, change, diversity and regeneration.

This is what I think and write about - and this is exactly why I love nature writing & photography: because they make tangible what relationships with the living mean. Follow me if this combination of thinking, nature & introspection inspires you.
